6.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CareerMaker SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

6.4 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CareerMaker'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CareerMaker, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CareerMaker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your interaction with any third-party Content Provider
• Any content you submit to the Services

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
